What is on offer for the Print Assistant:
* Full-time, permanent position.
* 37.5 hours per week on a 3-rotating shift pattern, including mornings, evenings, and nights.
* Monday – Thursday: 8 hours, Fridays: 5.5 hours.
* Morning Shift: 6am – 2pm, Fridays: 6am – 11:30am.
* Evening Shift: 2pm – 10pm, Fridays: 11:30am – 5pm.
* Night Shift: 10pm – 6am, Fridays: 5pm – 10:30pm.

Print Assistant Benefits:
* 25 days of annual leave running from January 1st to December 31st, with a few days allocated for Christmas shutdown.

Print Assistant Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with a team of Print Operators to ensure production requirements are met and maintain a high standard of quality output.
* Prepare equipment for efficient changeovers to meet production targets.
* Assist operators with design changes on the machine.
* Order raw materials using computerized systems to ensure a constant supply during machine operations.
* Load and unload paper reels on and off the press.
* Maintain cleanliness of printing presses and ensure general housekeeping is upheld to meet hygiene standards.

* Mechanical and practical ability to handle equipment and troubleshoot minor issues.
* Strong time management skills to ensure efficient workflow.
