What is on offer for the Flexographic Printer:
* Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week.
* This role operates on our 3-shift system, with rotation between mornings, nights, and afternoons.
* Morning Shift: Monday – Thursday 06.00 – 14.00, Friday 06.00 – 11.30.
* Afternoon Shift: Monday – Thursday 14.00 – 22.00, Friday 11.30 – 17.00.
* Night Shift: Monday – Thursday 22.00 – 06.00, Friday 17.00 – 22.30.

Flexographic Printer Responsibilities:
* Operate and set up an 8 colour Flexographic Press, adhering to set times and speeds.
* Previous experience as a flexographic printer is essential, ideally with knowledge of
Windmöller & Hölscher and/or Ofem machines.
* Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, colour accuracy, conformance to
specifications, and external defects.
* Monitor stocks of materials such as paper, ink, and accessories to ensure a smooth
equipment operation.
* Advise on and report any machine issues or problems to the maintenance team.
* Collaborate closely with the Operator and Management team to continuously improve
quality, processes, and production efficiencies.

* Possess a good degree of dexterity to maintain speed during operations.
* Demonstrate previous print experience.
* Show excellent colour matching skills.
* Ability to work effectively based on instructions.
* Display good time management skills.
* Capability to work towards targets and meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated and able to work independently.
* Strong troubleshooting, mechanical, and practical skills.
* Highly quality-conscious and detail-oriented.
* Excellent housekeeping skills to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
