NextGen Recruits was founded in 2009 by Director, Alex Morgan and has enjoyed year on year growth ever since. 

We began looking after a couple of national clients, recruiting for predominantly permanent roles; alongside this we met the temporary requirements of some local, Wiltshire-based clients. With its professional, consultative and friendly approach, NextGen soon established itself as a credible alternative to existing agencies and it now boasts a multitude of local, regional and National clients in all Industry sectors.

We specialise in the manufacturing sector, supplying businesses with single and high-volume temporary labour, skilled labour and office-based roles.

Our two General Managers, Mitchell Pounder and Ben Clarke, oversee the daily operations of the business and they are supported by a team of experienced and energetic consultants, who add valuable passion to the office environment every working day.
