Our Melksham based client are looking for a reliable and hard-working individual who is interested in a position as a Trainee Fencer. Whether you already have experience in fencing or are looking to learn a new trade, we want to hear from you.
Position: Fencer / Trainee Fencer
Location: Melksham
Start Date: Immediate
Employment Type: Full-time
CSCS Card Required
Salary: £12.50 – £15 per hour depending on experience.
Driver is preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities:
Installation of various types of fencing (timber, steel, security, agricultural, etc.)
Use of hand and power tools
Assisting senior installers (for trainees)
Site preparation and basic groundwork
Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment
Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
Valid CSCS card (essential)
Prior fencing or construction experience beneficial but not essential
Good work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Punctual, reliable, and physically fit
Full UK driving licence preferred
