Experience: 2 years B2B Field sale experience preferred, Proven track record of exceeding targets, Full clean driving licence.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
To research and identify potential customers to promote the services of the Waste Collection Division.
To maximise sales of the current range of Waste Collection services including skips, roro, REL and trade waste containers, and to liase with Senior Management regarding opportunities to develop new products, services and markets.
Achieve quarterly and annual targets as agreed with the Direct Sales Manager
Complete contractual documentation for new and existing customers to ensure their commitment.

Undertake daily communication with Direct Sales Manager to establish sales requirements, maintain the service delivery and required profitability.
Understand operational schedules, requirements and constraints.
To work closely with the Commercial team to gain maximum advantage in the market for the full range of services offered by the Company.
Assist other field sales personnel when required to achieve new business
gains
To be aware of all forthcoming projects and/or contracts requiring waste collection services in your area.
To develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales prospects for conversion into gains.
To attend weekly/monthly sales meeting as arranged by the Direct Sales Manager
Build and maintain strong business relations through networking within our target markets.
To prepare weekly sales reports as instructed by the Direct Sales Manager
To monitor and record competitors’ services and pricing structures.
