Our Corsham based client are a market leading medical manufacturing company, currently looking for a Sales Administrator to join their office team.

The successful applicant will need to be dynamic and precise in this role ensuring attention to detail comes first. Training and development is on offer, with a supportive and guidance, flexible working hours.

Full time Permanent role.

Full time hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 till 17:00 (no weekends)

Salary £20,000 – £20,600

About your role

You will be the first impression for our clients and will ensure the very highest level of customer service and administration.

Key responsibilities include

*Answering telephone calls promptly and in a professional manner. Taking messages accurately, thoroughly and ensuring they are passed on.
*Building ongoing relationships and rapport with our clients
*Ensuring our offices are welcoming and well-maintained at all times
*Preparing and sending client communication to the highest standard
*Providing general admin support
*Raising invoices.
*Complaint handling.

Experience:

*Previous experience in a Receptionist/Administration/Sales Administration role essential
*Experience of working in a professional environment preferred
*Microsoft Word and Excel
*Good organisational skills
*Sage 50 preferred although training provided.
