Our Corsham based client is looking for a highly energised individual with the ability to seek out new opportunities to encourage business growth.

This position has all the potential to grow with the company, as this role has been recently created the successful candidate will have the responsibility to adapt and amend the role to ensure new business is generated.

B2B Sales Executive.

Main Purpose of Job
Project; To generate new business through detailed research & cold calling, whilst
collating data of potential new clients with details of the key contacts/decision
makers.
Following on from that it is likely the role will evolve into a more conventional internal
sales role.
Initial Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Using all available channels to research and call potential new clients with the aim
to schedule appointments for the senior management team to negotiate new
business.
To research and identify potential customers to promote the services of Medical
Wire.
To maximise sales of the current range of products and services offered, liaising
with Senior Management team regarding opportunities for new business acquisition.
Achieve quarterly and annual targets as agreed with the Senior Management team.
To work to a script, ensuring gatekeepers are bypassed allowing details of the senior
decision makers to be collated.
To develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales prospects for conversion
into commercial gains.
To attend weekly/monthly sales meeting as arranged by the Senior
Management team.
Build and maintain strong business relations through networking within our
target markets.

Other Duties
To comply with the Company Health & Safety Policy.
To build and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues and uphold
and promote the Company’s image in all dealings and transactions.
To move to other locations on a temporary or permanent basis if required.
To comply with the Company’s Disciplinary and Grievance procedures
To undertake any task reasonably assigned by Senior Management.
To comply with all company policies and procedures.
